What sets your soul on fire? What makes you happy?

“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.”
~ Joseph Campbell

What sets your soul on fire? What makes you happy?

Is it brunch with you friends or playing board games with your children?

Maybe it’s a rainy day spent shopping, an evening cooking with your spouse, or laying in bed binge watching your favorite show on Netflix that puts you in that happy space.

When we take the time to find what really brings us into alignment with joy and spend time there, we bring our awareness into the present moment and allow life to unfold all of the goodness that’s been stored up for us into our experience. When we start to occupy the space of happiness we set our vibration at an attraction point for more of what makes us happy.

There will be plenty of situations that present themselves with opportunities to knock us out of that high vibe, so it’s good to take the time to figure out what it is that brings us back around into the flow of the universe. If we put in the work to fill our toolbox with all the tools that get us into the alignment of bliss it will be much easier to find our “go to” activity next time your co-worker drives you up the wall. If we invest the time into ourselves to learn how to find our place of joy with ease we will be better equipped the next time traffic is backed up on the way to work and we run fifteen minutes late.

I encourage you to slow down and observe the moments that bring you into your zen zone so that the next time stress comes calling you know exactly what you need to do to knock those happiness blockers right out of the way.

Follow your bliss and watch all the doors that start to open for you!
