Showing up will set you light years ahead

If I told you there was one thing that you could start doing right now to place yourself ahead of your game, to get you one step closer towards your goals, dreams, and desires, and to position you closer to your win, would you want to know what it was? Of course you would! Who wouldn’t?

The first step to success in any endeavor is simple, but it can sometimes be the most difficult.

The solitary action that will put you in a great position for trajectory towards success is this: show up.

No matter the task at hand, showing up is the first step to achieving anything you want.

Whether it’s eating healthier and exercising, up-leveling your career, or stepping fully into any desire you may have; the simple act of showing up for yourself with a willingness and intention to do your best in whatever situation you’re facing will set you light years ahead of the average starting point.

But don’t let the simplicity of the task fool you; deciding to show up is often the hardest part of the journey. How many times have you done the research? Read the books? Even bought the healthy food or paid for a gym membership? And then decided that it wouldn’t hurt to postpone showing up until tomorrow. The healthy food turns to mold, the gym membership expires, and you’re still stuck in the land of ‘It can wait’.

What have you been waiting on? What is the journey that you can begin today by showing up for yourself?

When you show up for yourself I guarantee you won’t regret it.

This week I give you permission to go big! Go so big towards whatever it is that you want; that thing that you’ve been putting off. So big towards your dreams and desires that your friends and family ask “What’s gotten into you?”

And when they do ask, your answer can be, “I’m hunting happiness!”
